If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty.

Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs where possible.

We'll happily replace the item or arrange a refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once returned goods have been inspected.
